From humble beginnings... sent to Detroit to work on the polished concrete floors of the Chrysler plant, Marcio got his start cleaning those floors for a large service company. As he learned more, he realized how much more there was to know, and he went to work - learning to operate the polishing equipment, and eventually to do epoxy flooring.
With a background as a sergeant in the Brazilian army for 8 years, Marcio's attention to detail has paid off. As he learned to operate the equipment to polish concrete and pour epoxy floors, he trained himself to repair those machines, and eventually got to work for himself.
As the owner/operator of JM Solutions Services since 2022, Marcio takes particular pride in a job well done and meticulous and precise work. His ability to notice and attend to even the smallest aspects of a job make him a sought-out expert in the field.
Working alongside his North Carolina-native wife, Jaime, has been a dream come true for this entrepreneur. Between them, they speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese, serving the Upstate of South Carolina, Western North Carolina, and beyond, as industry leaders in epoxy flake flooring and polished concrete.

Here at JM Solutions Services, we use propane-powered industrial concrete grinders that allow us to be highly mobile, as opposed to electric grinders with a power cord that typically use a 480 volt 3-phase electrical configuration. This also means that we need no special electrical accommodations or generators.

Because we own all of our equipment, we have no need to use rented equipment that has been overused and underserviced, making it prone to breakdowns and resulting delays.
